Brianne Archer, PE, CPP

Supervising Engineer

 

Ms. Archer, a Supervising Engineer, has been working in the environmental consulting field since 2002 and is a licensed Professional Civil Engineer and a Certified Permitting Professional with the South Coast Air Quality Management District. Ms. Archer’s primary responsibilities include litigation support, overseeing environmental site assessments (Phase I and Phase II), preparing remediation plans, and conducting human health risk assessments. Ms. Archer is well versed in data presentation and evaluation.

 

As a Professional Engineer, Ms. Archer has prepared several stormwater pollution prevention plans (SWPPP) and Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans. Ms. Archer has extensive experience with regulatory compliance issues and has prepared plans and permits for state and local agencies, including National Discharge Pollution Elimination System (NPDES) permits, industrial wastewater discharge permits, hazardous materials business plans, compliance documentation for hazardous waste storage and treatment permitting, emergency contingency plans, standard operating procedures, and in-house environmental management plans.

Ms. Archer is also an instructor with the University of California - Irvine, Department of Continuing Education in the Environmental Management Program. She teaches Chemical and Physical Principles of Environmental Management (SOCECOL X497) and Introduction to Environmental Assessment and Auditing (SOCECOL X498.10).

Mindy Jenkins, PG, CSST

Supervising Geologist

 

Ms. Jenkins is a Professional Geologist, Certified Site Surveillance Technician, CDPH Certified Lead Inspector/Assessor, and Supervising Geologist at Waterstone Environmental. She has accumulated over fifteen years of experience in a variety of disciplines within the environmental consulting field. Her work has been conducted for numerous commercial and various industrial properties, government military bases, local school districts, and the private sector. The majority of her assignments have been preparing and implementing workplans for soil, soil vapor and groundwater sampling and remediation, and completing Phase II Environmental Assessment and Groundwater Monitoring reports.

Heather Fields

Senior Scientist

 

Ms. Fields is a Senior Scientist at Waterstone Environmental, and has been involved in the environmental industry since joining Waterstone in 2007. Her primary responsibilities include managing and performing environmental site assessments, including Phase I and Phase II investigations, as well as management of remediation projects. Her work has been conducted for numerous commercial and industrial properties, local school districts, and the private sector. The majority of her assignments have been preparing and implementing workplans for soil, soil vapor and groundwater sampling and remediation, and completing Phase II Environmental Assessment and Groundwater Monitoring reports.

Travis Dagdigian

Associate Geologist

 

Mr. Dagdigian is an Associate Geologist at Waterstone Environmental, whose primary responsibilities include fieldwork activities and management, supervision of subcontractor operations, spreadsheet and data management, report preparation, and litigation support. Mr. Dagdigian was first introduced to the realm of environmental sciences when he earned the opportunity to intern with the Bolsa Chica Conservancy in 2009. During this time, Mr. Dagdigian gained valuable insight into building management, ecology, business management, and administrative support. Following this experiencing, Mr. Dagdigian was given the opportunity to intern and Waterstone Environmental during the summer of 2010 and 2011 and subsequently hired as a full time employee in the summer of 2012. Mr. Dagdigian earned a Bachelor's Degree in Geological Sciences from the University of Southern California in 2012.

Matthew Dumont, EIT

Assistant Engineer

​

Mr. Dumont is the newest member of the Waterstone Team. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 2015 and a Master of Engineering in 2016, both from the University of New Hampshire. As a student, Matt worked as an engineering intern for the town of Hudson, New Hampshire and served as a graduate Teaching Assistant while completing his Masters.
