A Bit About Elizabeth
Ms. Gonzalez is a Managing Principal Engineer and Registered Professional Civil Engineer for Waterstone Environmental. She brings over 30 years of experience in environmental engineering and project management gained as a regulator and as a consultant.

Ms. Gonzalez regularly manages staff and projects in the areas of regulatory compliance, remedial investigation, remediation, litigation support, and environmental assessment. Ms. Gonzalez has successfully managed many large scale, complex and quick paced projects while maintaining project budgets and project schedules. Ms. Gonzalez's expert project management skills allow her to be the point of contact for clients, prepare project budgets, prepare scopes of work, manage staff, manage subcontractors, utilize critical path scheduling, maintain budget tracking, conduct data management and assessment, utilize risk assessment, prepare various types of report, all while conducting agency interfacing and negotiations to bring projects to completion.
Ms. Gonzalez’ has extensive experience managing projects to obtain regulatory closure on environmental issues and providing regulatory compliance services. Ms. Gonzalez has managed several projects from the investigation through the remediation phase and received “no further action” closure from various regulatory agencies. Ms. Gonzalez’ expertise in site characterization, remediation, and regulatory issues has proven a critical component in developing unique and cost effective solutions to bring projects to a successful closure.
