Ms. Dorrance’s primary responsibility at Waterstone involves conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments. Ms. Dorrance has managed and performed Phase II soil investigations, water sampling, and walk through building inspections for properties throughout Southern California. Ms. Dorrance began her career by participating in a number of internships in the environmental field, including assignments as a field scientist with the Bureau of Land Management and the Public Works Department of the City of Salem, Oregon. These experiences have provided her with experience in sampling and collection protocol, environmental land use acquisition and management, and governmental agency regulations and procedures. Ms. Dorrance earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science with an emphasis in Macrobiology from Willamette University in 2003 and is in the process of completing an environmental management course from the University of California-Irvine.
